Simplified Performance Management

Skypiom Compliance’s Performance Management module may be used to track and incentivise the performance of employees, external stakeholders such as contractors, groups and departments as well as other environments that require ongoing performance tracking and development.

Choose between different Performance Management workflows:

With a single person workflow the information for the review is supplied by either the user or by their manager.

With a dual party workflow the user and their manager are requested to provide information for the review, whereby neither party can see the answers of the other until both parties have completed entries.
